Environmental Services Company Ltd (ESC), the largest environmental company in Israel, is a government-owned company founded in 1990. One of its principal activities is operating a plant that treats and recycles hazardous industrial waste.
The company has developed over the years and today it provides its clients with a variety of environmental services.
The hazardous waste treatment plant, situated at the heart of one of the largest chemical industrial zones in Israel, handles a wide range of hazardous waste: inorganic, organic and solid.
Inorganic waste is chemically treated by neutralization, detoxification and recycling. The newest technology for the treatment of inorganic waste before landfill in the plant is stabilization/stabilization.
Organic waste is treated either in situ, at the incineration facility for controlled burning operated by Ecosol (Israel), transferred for incineration or recycling treatments abroad or routed for biological treatment.

ESC operates according to strict environmental standards, safety regulations and professional considerations to ensure the safety and health of its employees and the local residents and is working closely with the community and with NGO’s to protect the environment and create joint projects promoting various environmental issues.
